If you upgrade your CPMobile devices from iOS 6 or earlier, you must "unseat" and re-register each device before you can begin using CPMobile 2.7.NCR Counterpoint Mobile 2.7 has been certified for use on devices running iOS 14.
CPMobile 2.7 requires iOS 11 or higher. If you are using a version lower than iOS 11, you must update your CPMobile devices.
